WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders are a way that artists like myself can afford to produce our products! Every pre-order that is sold helps fund the item to be made by our manufacturer. Pins can take anywhere from 1-3 months to be made, sent to me, and graded before they are sent to you. Production times can vary for other items, and will be estimated on the item's pre-order listing. Given the varying timeframes for production and shipping, I cannot guarantee when exactly you will receive your item.
If you are willing to wait for your item, you should pre-order for the following reasons:
- You are guaranteed the "best of the batch" (when it comes to pins, this would be Standards or the best B Grades)
- Pre-orders typically come with a cute lil freebie
- You are helping bring the item to life

IF I PRE-ORDERED, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
It depends! As mentioned above, pins can take anywhere from 1-3 months to produce after pre-orders close, whereas other items may vary.

After receiving finished items, I typically ship pre-orders within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT "GRADES" MEAN?
Grading is a way of sorting manufactured pins based on their quality. Lower quality pins are available at a cheaper price. Please note that all pins are handmade in droves by a factory, they are not machine-made. Therefore, they will never come out "perfect". However, I will say that I am rather harsh on my pins with grading. You can rest assured that I will not sell something that is not true to it's design or that does not fall within the following grades.
STANDARD
These are the best quality pins of the batch. There is no such thing as a flawless pin, so these may have slight surface scuffs/scratches, a small dot in the enamel, or stray flecks of glitter (glitter pins only). However, these flaws would only be noticeable when close-up under intense lighting and major scrutiny, which is why they are considered "Standard".
B GRADE
These pins contain minor flaws that are not noticeable at first glance (i.e. scratches, dents, scuffs, tiny needle marks where the enamel was injected, slight underfill on parts of the enamel). These tend to be the fan-favorite, since they are discounted due to these small flaws that do not impact the pin's overall design.
C GRADE
These pins have some more noticeable imperfections such as large scratches, dents, underfill, tiny bits of missing enamel, and possibly miscoloration in some areas.
CAN YOU COMBINE MY ORDERS?
Yes, as long as you're not combining a pre-order with an in stock order. If you have two (or more) in stock orders that you would like combined, please fill out the form HERE.
CAN YOU REFUND A PRE-ORDER?
No. The only way I will refund pre-orders is if the item is not funded, there are drastic changes in the design, or there are major flaws by the manufacturer. I will NOT refund a pre-order due to remorse or if a pre-ordered item "takes too long" to be manufactured as these are pre-orders and are purchased under the pre-order circumstances.
