In stock orders take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to be shipped out unless otherwise stated, as I am one small human who works a full-time job in addition to running NAMJOONLI. Typically, I drop off packages on the weekends.Once your package is scanned in by the post office, you will recieve a USPS tracking number via email. Sometimes, international/overseas orders do not get this email automatically. In this case, please email me and I would be more than happy to retrieve the tracking number for you.

*Please note that these are only estimates. COVID-19 has caused severe shipping delays, particularly internationally, that can exceed the estimates provided above.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
I will always be as honest and precise as possible when filling out customs forms for the shipment of orders. I will not adjust a customs form to lower your fees, as this is very illegal and can result in negative consequences for both myself and my shop. All customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with retrieving their package. I cannot refund any shipping paid on your order if you choose to deny your package due to these fees.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your package ends up getting returned to me for an error that is not mine (shipping address incorrect, package not picked up in time, delivery refused, customs unpaid, etc) you may choose to:

Have your package redelivered to an alternate address (this will require repayment of the shipping fee)

Have the item refunded, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I will only accept refunds if the item is an in stock order (not a pre-order) and has not yet shipped. If you would like to exchange an item, I would be more than happy to accomodate if you email me with your order number, a photo of your product, and your exchange request! In order for an item to be elligible for exchange, it must be within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
The following items are NOT elligible for exchange:
- Sale/Clearance items
- Prints
If you choose to exchange, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item(s) to me and for the shipment of your new item(s). For exchanges worth over $50 USD, I highly reccommend purchasing postal insurance when shipping the items back to me. Once the exchange is received and thoroughly inspected, the shipment of your new item(s) will be initiated.
